Choose Your Meal Plan
Step 1
Select minimum 7 healthy and delicious meals for the week or Subscribe for a weekly meal plan like Keto, Gluten Free, Paleo, Vegan, Vegetarian that works best for your diet. Order deadline is Friday before sundown every week, for the following Tuesday delivery.
Drop Off Location
Step 2
Receive your freshly frozen meal preps by choosing your drop off location at checkout or get delivered at your door step for a small charge. Be sure to place your meal-preps immediately into the freezer upon arrival. Current drop off locations at Kitchen Pickup.
Reheat and Enjoy!
Step 3
Reheat your meal-prep and enjoy your delicious meal.
We recommend to reheat the food in our Fit Clean Oven for best results. Learn More

As a busy business owner I found that Fit Clean meals fit my schedule very well. I was able to have a hot meal while I was at work, did not have to stop what I was doing to go out and find some flavorless cardboard to eat and I was well satisfied with the portion size. I did not feel hungry afterwards kudos to fit clean meals. Great food
